A description given to a man when he looks to be genitally endowed simply by looking at him through some sort of clothing and not necessarily naked.

While Gocita and Joel were working out at the gym, Joel leaned over and whispered, "Girl, did you see that guy over there by the bench presses? He is crotchity for days! Loves it!"
