The stationary form of milling. Aimless stagnant loitering. Just like you get mulled wine when it has been sat around for years, people too can mull for various periods of time.
"We were mulling in Starbucks waiting for it to stop raining"

When a cream filled biscuit goes wrong, and the top side (the bit with the pattern/logo etc) is round the wrong way ie creamside down, and the bottom is on the top. Could also be called biscuit malfunaction.
"Shit whats going on this whole packet of Oreos are all round the wrong way" "Severe Biscuit Fail"
1. The process of wandering aimlessly, similar to loitering.
2. Something average, shortening of 'run of the mill'.
"Shit the train doesn't leave for another hour", "oh well lets just mill around town for a bit"
"won't be going back to see that film, it was pure mill"
"Dave's party was so mill I had to leave before ten"

Contrary to the common definition of 'something extremely good' celebrated chavs/hoodies, sick is better and more effectively used in its traditional meaning, ie something bad/low. Also said 'that sickens me' or 'thats sickening'.
'I have soo much work to do today it's sick'
'I haven't seen Royston in so long it sickens me'
'Fred is grotesque the way he walks is sickening'

When someone takes over the TV and does not allow you to change to your preffered channel. The person doing this is known as the TV Hijacker.
Royston:"Did you see that new sketch show last night?"
Marvin:"No Frank completely TV hijacked all night, watching repeats of Frasier."
