Ma-Se is a portmanteau for Managed Service(s). An IT worker came up with this after reading many emails and reports where 'Managed Services' is abbreviated to 'MS' which is an abbreviation used for Microsoft. This was first used in an email at 1pm on 30/04/2019 AWST.
