Pissle

A very strong piss, that forced itself out and almost hurts. It's like a middle but a piss, so it's a middle. It's the kind that splash back everywhere.

As the young boy panicked to unbuckle his belt, the pissle began, urine streaming straight through his goodwill jeans.
