PG means "Pattern Gang" as in pull any girl you can.

Example:

Tom: "Yo Gang, Go PG her right there".
Sam: Say No More, Killy Killy.

Another Example:

Harry: "Yo, The another day i must of PG.
Josh: "GEEEEEZZZZ, Your HARD Gang".
