(n.) Saitama is the name of a prefecture and city in Japan, northeast of Tokyo, Japan's capital. Home to over a million residents.

Also in reference to the main character of the Manga, 'One Punch Man', Saitama. His shtick is being he is an Anime protagonist at the end of his story placed at the beginning, thus killing enemies in one punch.
