while fuck boy is usually a negative term used to describe the worst kind of scumbag, fuck boy can also be used as a term of endearment. In this sense, fuck boy can be a guy who does stupid shit, reckless shit, parties too hard, or sells drugs ect., but fuck boys do not have to be assholes who would fuck you over.
