A rough low life female with low morals and a huge sexual appetite. It is a composite word formed from "SCALLY" (English shortened form for Scallywag, or Rapscallion - a no gooder/criminal) and SLUT (Old Norse)...which needs no explanation.

Guy 1 "What do you think about that girl at the bar ?"
Guy 2 "Man....she has a terrible reputation....she'll sleep with anything with a pulse..she's a real a bad scut"
