A response to someone giving a long-winded, serious rant that is typically unasked for. Likely to have originated either from The Office, or is a variation on “Sir, this is an Arby’s”.

Anna: “-and honestly I think that’s why my relationship with my father is so strained, he was there but never really present. Sometimes I wish things were different, but’s there’s no changing the past, you know?”
Cashier: “Ma’am, this is a Wendy’s”
