Neither has the disappearance of the school to prison pipeline. Your mind can get caught up in these things. It can bring your down to new lows. As can your own faults. Failures. What others have done said. Oh boo boo. You grow. A sprout through the cell bars. You reach for the sunshine and climb up. And sometimes the very next day hat new spirit gets trampled by a jaywalker.
