Nate Sauce

In Rochester NY if you order a warm meat sauce on your food apparently also known in this Rochester as "Hot Sauce" you ask for Nate Sauce.

Ron - "Hey Keith what do you want on your hot dogs?"
Keith - "Dude you know i want that Nate Sauce on my dogs!"

or

"Hey Keith you have some Nate Sauce all over your face"
