A sidekick or apprentice. A word for your least/most favorite henchman. Used as a noun in most cases, "gweebis" is used as a descriptor or name of a position. Being named as a gweebis you are either faithful to your higher-ups or a complete jackoff.
"Goddamit gweebis, you spoiled the plan! We're ought to be doomed now, thanks a ton!"
"Love you gweebis, thanks for all the work you do 'round here."
Someone with very short hair (usually shaved), that is considered desirable and sexy. A bald booguinnea is sure to turn the heads of many and allure those who seek a sexy baldie.
