If said by a non-black person, it's the same thing as nigger.

But if said by a black person, it actually means uncle tom.

White racists actually don't use the word that much anymore, these days it's mostly used by black power advocates to insult black people who are too "white-friendly" for them.

If Martin Luther King was alive today preaching about friendship between the sons of slaves and the sons of slave owners, black radicals would call him a coon in a second.

A person who support the right of a certain group to have their own independent country.

The Brexit movement has shown the rise of British nationalists.
