as refered to in the definition of a 'woah man', a 'woahman' is a woman with a surgically installed penis but still has the sexual reproductive system of a woman.

As Hootie felt up his girlfriend's skirt, he discovered a penis as well as a vagina. He did not cease but continued knowing that his girlfriend was a woahman.
