I'm Heck at This

Something which people only with the name 'Heck' are. At any point, when someone with the username 'Heck' meets another user with the username 'Heck' they must fight to the death, the winner will be labelled 'Heck at This' and they will be the only user capable of saying 'I'm Heck at This.'
