Lil Blicky

A Lil Blicky is a phrase, usually said when you see someone so insanely utterly outstanding that causes you to goon all over the place. The blicky refers to a men's penile area, so when they inevitably ejaculate it will look like a blicky/gun.

Person1: Dude that guy, is such a Lil blicky

Person2: Yeah! he makes me want to goon
