It is simple, the name of a cool bar in Alsmeer, Holland, where the good jazz musicians play, one of the regular sax players has played with Sting. They have a jam sessie every week too.

Me: Hey, Gerta, are you coming down the Red Kaas tonight?

Gerta: You know Herman, I never miss the jam sessie at the Red Kees jazz bar.
