Company secretary

A person who is a KMP of the company and expert in the field of corporate laws, labour laws, securities law and many other laws which directly affect the company and acts as the communication bridge between the company and the outsiders.

Look That guy is a company secretary, I've heard it is considered one of the toughest exam in the country.
