Friends with benefits

An english urban slang/expression used when friends also occasionally have sex, but aren't in a boyfriend and girlfriend relationship, and have no intention of being in a relationship and this remain friends.

Girl chatting to another girl: "..that guy i hangout with, we're just 'friends with benefits', ain't serious though"
