The appearance of being under the influence of marijuana at all times, even when not high. Often happens to people who smoke too often.

Person 1: "is Todd stoned right now?"
Person 2: "No he just has a resting stoner face"
Person 1: "Oh gotcha"

Glooped

To be so strongly under the influence of cannabis that normal human activities can no longer be performed. Ex: unable to walk, talk , write, etc.

Max: hey bro, u glooped?
Elijah: teehee duyyy!
Max: yeah....he's glooped.
