Derived from the Amory Wars lore, which takes place in a SiFi planet system known as "Heaven's Fence."
When multiple Children of The Fence come together, they are said to be "one among the fence."

Devin: "I'm a Child of The Fence"
Cyndi: "A what?"
Devin: "Children of The Fence are Coheed fans."
Cyndi: "Like Deadheads are Grateful Dead fans?"
