CD = Compact Disc
CD is short for compact disc.
A CD (or compact disc) is the thing that you stick in your CD player/boombox/radio to play music on. A CD is the newer version of a record. CD can also be written C.D. or Cd or cd or c.d.

Model

A person who poses and has pictures of themselves taken for ads/porn/posters/etc. A models job is usually to try to get clothing and other items sold.
Models are not realistic. Do not compare yourself to them. Many models (especially females) are anorexic and/or bulimic. Models often have UNhealthy eating (or not-eating) habbits. Pictures taken of models are often air-brushed to make them look "prettier" and/or thinner. Models are fake. Do not try to look like one.

Iffy. Questionable.

Sara is kind of a sketchy person to hang out with because she gets drunk a lot and she tends to get other people in trouble.
The directions on this worksheet are sketchy. I do not think that they are giving the correct information on how to multiply fractions.
