When you're lying in bed with your girl or guy on their phone, and you're trying to sleep but they keep shining the light from their phone in your face.

Brian: Tom, you look tired. Rough night?
Tom: Nah, Jen was on instagram and kept lighthousing me when I was trying to sleep.
