Dash yourself

Dash yourself or dash it- A quote made up by Kingsland Road (as I'm aware). Its like the F-word. And consists of a hand gesture where you get your hand and move it at a side angle. And say 'Dash yourself'. You put your hand out flat at first to decide whether you should dash something. (Its kind of hard to define)

Connor: Matt didn't learn the new song lyrics for rehearsals.
Matt: What song?
Connor: Dash yourself Matt!
Josh and Thompson: Dash yourself.
