goober snatch

An imaginary disease, which may not be so imaginary. Usually involves goobers exiting a woman's vaginal cavity. Commonly known as "dirty whore syndrome."

Guy driving by hookers with friends: "Eh, I bet she's got a hefty case of the goober snatch."
