A high school NPC that wears all black and damns you with unskippable cutscenes. He is known for his yapping abilities. Only way to get rid of him is tagging or as the actual term is "mitsing" someone else. His fields of expertise consist of school lessons, fish and women. His yapping abilities have also gifted him the name "Modern Aesop"
