being prone to farting a lot in public, in disregard for other people's discomfort and refusing to move to a different (more private) spot. Sometimes includes smiling and adding small talk as one farts.

"We were at this party and this guy we met wouldn't stop farting! He acted like it was nothing and kept talking about the shitty weather."

Uncomfortable_guy:"Do you stink someone just farted?"
Fartative_guy:"Nah, I don't stink so... Man, it was so foggy this morning; I could barely get to work."
