A clickbaiter is one who uses a misleading title or an off-topic thumbnail that will attract his or her audience and leaving the clickbaiter with more views than expected.

Person: Wow! This looks interesting!

Clickbaiter: So today we're reading comments from tumblr posts!

Person: Baited Again.
