Stands for “The Few, the Proud and the Emotional”. Used in the Twenty One Pilots fandom, also known as the Skeleton Clique. Originally comes from the Twenty One Pilots song Fairly local (Blurry face album). Later on, in the album Trench, is given a new meaning of “Failed Perimeter escape” to tie into the Dema storyline created by the band.
