A video game which was developed by David Baszuki and Erik Cassel, released in 2006, to entertain people, mainly young children. Roblox isn't a game itself, though it is more like a game engine. Kids can create games using the Roblox Studio app for other kids, essentially letting the game process happen by itself. The game has amassed a huge community, which is in the billions of children, teenagers, and adults.
Kids can play with other kids in the same server, otherwise known as multiplayer. There is a chat and voice chat system, which has recently been released, and although you need to verify your age (>=13) using some sort of ID, kids younger than 13 can still convince unknowledgeable adults to give them access to voice chat. There is a chat filter, which has some flaws and is hated by the Roblox community, and voice chat doesn't have a filter. Players can report other players to the moderation team, which is very flawed and barely works.
The community of Roblox is currently in a very toxic and child endangering state. After Roblox became very popular, the community became increasingly mean and rude, also exposing children to adult content, pedophilia increasing, and much, much more disturbing and disgusting events.
I advise parents to remove chat access to your child's account, not allow them to create any more accounts, not allow them to have access to voice chat, put in the real birthdate of your child, and monitor the games they play.
Mark: Hey, wanna play Roblox sometime later?
Benjamin: Sure! What's your username?
Samantha: My avatar looks so cute!
Leah: Mine looks more cute!
James: How are you so good at this game!?
Eric: Haha! You're so bad!
