Lighter Fiend

One who pockets a lighter that doesn't belong to them while smoking cigs, but more often from smoking weed; since everybody is usually baked out of their mind to notice.

Jamie: Sam, you're such a 'Lighter Fiend'! I set my lighter down for 1 second and you cop it!
Sam: What lighter?
