mindy syndrome

Taken from the Spongebob movie, a person who suffers from Mindy Syndrome willfully stalls a situation to the point of frustration of the other party/s involved.

Person 1: yea I'll be right there just let me finish this.
Person 2: quit stalling and get your bum in the car!
Person 1: you think I'm stalling?
Person 2: yes get your keister in the car!
Person 1: stalling?
Person 2: yes, let's go!
Person 1: I'm not stalling, give me a minute.
Person 2: you suffer from Mindy Syndrome don't you?
Person 1: lmfao

Duck Math

A fairly simple concept for anyone involved with domestic ducks. Basically you go to Tractor Supply or any place that sells them with the intention of only getting one or two but you end up walking out with the entire flock that was for sale.

Person 1: Didn't you say you were only going to get two ducks at Tractor Supply?
Person 2: Yea?
Person 1: Then why are there 20 ducks in your coop?
Person 2: Duck math!

Get-There-itis

Noun: a sickness usually but not limited to the Aviation world. Get-There-itis is usually defined as disregard for any safety concerns because you are on a time crunch or in a hurry to get to your destination. Usually a pilot suffering from this will skip steps in the checklist, breach protocols, or do things in a haphazard way that may endanger the lives of everyone on board just to save a few minutes on the ground.

Person 1: You know there were a lot of factors at play in the crash of AF4590.
Person 2: yea mate I wounder if Get-There-itis played a part in it.
Person 1: Who knows but RIP to all who died.
Person 1: yea big F

wingshot

Noun. A picture of the wing of a plane taken from a window seat over or near the wing. Makes for some of the best aviation pictures if done correctly. Correct procedure usually involves holding the camera at an angle where most of the wing and winglet (if plane has it). The best wingshots come from in flight and usually during sunrise or sunset flights.

Person 1: hey how was your flight?
Person 2: it was awesome, and I got the perfect wingshot!
Person 1: sweet show me!
