Term adopted by Tumblr feminists that felt like males needed their own version of "slut". Through the past two years, the term got thrown around and now any guy can be a fuck boy, according to the dumb population. The term "fuck girl" is not an appropriate opposite that can be used.

"Tyler fucked like 20 girls this summer."
"Yeah I know. He's such a fuck boy."
