Using a search engine (primarily but not exclusively Google) or Wikipedia to investigate or research any topic for any purpose. Often used to satisfy office trivia.

"My computer doesn't work. We can either log a call, get a reference and wait about for hours or give me two minutes to investigoogle that error message."
