A person of Indian descent, specifically a British-Indian female, often used in a complimentary fashion. Derives from the "raj" in British Raj, the Indian subcontinent under British rule from 1858 to 1947.

"Gee Peter, that sure is a nice rajjer."

Less common, but still acceptable use:
"That filthy fucking rajjer smells of curry."

An alternate, more informal term for Canada. Derived from the much more common "the States", which is often used to refer to the United States of America

"Hey George, where are ya from?"
"Back in the Provinces in Windsor."
