I rule moslty found for stores, food places, and other businesses. Where if you have no shoes, no shirt, you will NOT get service. Unless you're a hot chick, and aparently that guy from the band LMFAO. "Im sexy and I know it".

Mexican: "okay" (walks away)
(Hot lady walks in)
