A person who uses court and legal terms when arguing a bullshit idea or arguement. Often making up facts to prove they are right. When in fact they and their arguement is complete and total BS.

I was watching coverage of the president last night and finally realized Rush Limbaugh is such a shitigator.

A combination of a moron and a retard. A person who is equal parts stupid and mentally deficient. A person of low ability and low intelligence.
