Barbee

An annoying woman who just keeps buzzing around you. Also mixes herself in other people's business. Very pretty but is always unintentionally bothering you.

Woman 1: Oh my gosh! Have you seen that lady there? She can't stop speaking.
Woman 2: Yeah! She's such a barbee!
