wokewash

to attempt to educate others about discrimination, usually in a harsh or arrogant tone. To be annoyingly and vocally woke AF.

She read ONE article about racial inequality and now she thinks she can go around wokewashing everyone. What an annoying bitch.

The Floyd Effect

Short for "The George Floyd Effect". When a population has an extreme reaction to an isolated incident involving only a few people out of hundreds of millions of people, usually due to media focus and sensationalization.

After further research into the issue, I feel that the widespread protests and violence are yet another great example of The Floyd Effect.

groupist

A person who sees others not as individuals, but as groups. Groupists commonly buy into stereotypes, prejudging individuals by the averages of those who belong to their group. They will often justify discriminatory actions or hate speech by citing cherry-picked statistics or averages of whole populations. Examples of groupists include racists, sexists, homophobes, religiophobes, and woke warriors.

Equity, diversity, and inclusion sounds great, but it's not fair to give special treatment to individuals based solely on their skin color. I believe in helping individuals based on their individual level of need, not the average level of need of people who look like them ...because I'm not a groupist.

correlative discrimination

Discrimination against an individual based on their race, gender, sexual preference, religion, or other such identifier because of a correlation between that identifier and wealth or other privilege. For example, charging Catholic people a higher entry fee to a club because Catholic people statistically have more wealth than members of other religions.

By awarding financial aid to only women and people of color and citing statistical pay gaps as their justification for doing so, the company was guilty of correlative discrimination against white male individuals with the same level of need.
