AS-TAP is an business acronym for (Advanced Safety Training Assessment Program)
It was used as a training program for employees at an auto factory where there were too many injuries.

Man, I gotta go to this damn AS-TAP training. That shit sucks, they don't even prepare you for it, they just force it on to you!
