This is normally just a fucking letter B. But, it can be a shortening of "bitch", too, usually used around people who would hear you say a curse word and get you in trouble, i.e. parents, teachers, siblings.

Ella: Ugh, Shay's such a b.
Abby: I know, right? She's so bossy.
