When you wear pants that are a size or two bigger than yours, you tighten your belt and it makes a bump on the jeans in the crotch area, looking like you've got a Jean Willy, or a Jean Boner...

Can be kind of embarrassing too...

Tom: Dude, why do you have a boner? haha!
