glass

When used as a verb followed by a region, such as "glass California", it is a facetious reference to bombing the shit out of some country or area with so much heat that deserts and sand in general will melt into glass. To obliterate.

Person 1: Sick and tired of all these wars in the Middle East, why don't we just glass the whole thing?
Person 2: Oil doe.

Midcentury German

Derisive synonym for "Nazi", used with the facetious implication that Nazi ideology was a uniquely German ethnic phenomenon. Also used to simply avoid saying the proper name on a platform (such as YouTube) which penalizes bringing up the Midcentury Germans, and/or as a defense against Godwin's Law.

Originated from English political commentators.

Person 1: *starts to make a point*
Person 2: You sound just like HITLER!
Person 1: No. The Midcentury Germans were bad, obviously, now may I make my point?
