Firsttownitis is when the reality of having to play through the first town, level, or area of a videogame prohibits you from replaying it. Often it's because you've already played through it so many times that you can't stand to do it again, or it's particularly hard or boring.

Person 2: Not indirectly but knowingly killing children by making their medication unaffordable?
Person 1: Nah, that's not illegal, just grossly immoral and borderline mass murder.
