A friend of Lazlow (the real person). With Reed Tucker (again, not the fictional GTA3 character) and Couzin Ed (sometimes) he hosts the Lazlow Show on XM Radio.

In the 70s, Big Wayne made a home video of him banging a homeless girl, who eventually left him and broke his heart.
