1. The sound of the spanish language.
Often stated twice to make one's point.
2. Term used to define anyone of hispanic origin who refuses to learn the English language living in America.

"These people continue to come here
speaking their "scara scara" as if we are supposed to understand them"
"So I went to the store and it was full of scaras"
