Blue-Donovan

The result of wrapping a large elastic band around the base of the male reproductive organ, cutting of blood supply to said appendage, thus rendering it blue. In certain circles, this is done for sexual excitement. This is considered dangerous by medical proffesionals, however, many fetishists are more than willing to run the risk of testicular strangulation
