it's 2020

A phrase used to emphasize how far we've progressed, and that we should not be concerned as a society about satisfying old world views. Also used to embrace our anything goes and if you have a problem you can shut up collective mentality. The last two digits should be substituted to reflect the current year.

Ray: It's 2020, why do black people still have to worry about getting shot at traffic stops?

Jen: Why is there still a wage gap between white men and every other demographic? It's 2020!
