Insecurities

The unfavorable or comparatively lesser qualities a person holds, usually referring to the negative feelings a man might have towards himself in relation to the size and potency of his ball sack.

"Damien, what are your insecurities?"
"My insecurities?"
"Insecurideez NUTS!"
