Pretty boy

A word used to descdibe handsome boy with slightly feminine features. "Pretty boy" is also sometimes used to compliment a masculine lesbian.

Girl 1: Ethan is so gorgeous, isn't he?
Girl 2: Right! What a pretty boy!
